Foods and Fit endeavours to provide you with evidence-based top-quality information on food nutrition and fitness techniques to aid you in your path to health and fitness. As a regular gym-goer and and self-confessed health nerd, I understand the struggles of trying to find accurate information and avoiding the bro-science which is far too prevalent. I want to help others who are in the same predicament by collating factual information on food and fitness.
WHY FOODS AND FIT WANT TO HELP
Foods and Fit aims to provide accurate information and guidance on achieving a healthy lifestyle. The internet can be an overwhelming place, with false advertisements promoting “healthy” foods; here, we offer information on foods that can be enjoyed as part of a healthy diet. We have all had meals that left us feeling unsatisfied, bored and craving something to tantalise the taste buds. Thankfully, gone are the days of chewing on copious amounts of chicken breasts and chugging on endless protein shakes to reach your macros! Whether you’re a competitive athlete, a regular gym-goer or someone looking to swap the sugary treats from your diet, we have advice that caters for all.
Remember, eating healthy doesn’t have to mean sacrificing taste!
